Warranty & Returns

Product Warranty

  • All warranty coverage follows manufacturer’s warranty terms

  • Warranty period varies depending on product category and brand

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage after purchase

    • Misuse or improper handling

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Electrical surge damage (unless stated by brand)

Inspection Before Purchase

  • Customers are encouraged to check products before payment

  • Once payment is made, it is considered final confirmation of purchase

  • No return due to change of mind after purchase

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:

  • Manufacturing defects (confirmed by technician/brand)

  • Wrong item delivered by our store

  • Missing parts upon delivery (must report immediately)

 

Return/exchange requests must be made within:

  • 24–48 hours for visible defects or missing items

  • Subject to product category (some items may differ)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Clearance / Display / Sale items

  • Used or assembled furniture

  • Electrical appliances after installation or usage

  • Personal-use items (e.g. mattresses once unpacked)

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Delivery & Damage Reporting

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery

  • Any damage must be reported immediately at the point of delivery

  • Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be accepted

Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact our Support team via WhatsApp

  • Provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • We will assist in checking with the supplier/brand

  • Repair or replacement depends on manufacturer approval

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Item is confirmed faulty and cannot be replaced

  • Supplier approves refund (if applicable)

  • Refund method depends on original payment method or store agreement

  • Processing time may vary depending on supplier response

  • Tecco Borong acts as a retailer; final warranty is subject to brand policy

  • We always aim to assist customers fairly and resolve issues quickly

  • Please keep your receipt/invoice for all warranty claims
